Logistics Service Conditions
All business is undertaken subject to the most recent version of the Logistics Services Conditions (LSC) as filed by FENEX (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics) and TLN (Transport and logistics Netherlands), with the district court of Rotterdam on 2 April 2014 under number 28-2014. A copy of these terms will be forwarded upon request.
